These Terms define the conditions for booking and renting Różane Domki cottages. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Reservation and Deposit
Reservations can be made by phone, e-mail, or via the contact form.
A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount within 3 days of making the reservation.
The remaining balance must be settled by the Guest no later than on the day of arrival.
Failure to pay the deposit within the specified deadline results in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
2. Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of early departure, the fee for unused nights is not refunded.
In special circumstances (e.g. force majeure), individual negotiation of terms is possible.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please notify the Host of your planned arrival time at least 1 day in advance.
Early check-in or late check-out are only possible after prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Minimum rental period is 2 nights.
4. Security Deposit
The Host may collect a refundable security deposit of 500 PLN on the day of arrival to cover potential damages.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure after checking the condition of the cottage.
In case of damages, the deposit is retained in an appropriate amount, and for damages exceeding the deposit, the Guest is obliged to cover the difference.
5. Number of Guests and Visitors
Only the number of persons declared at the time of reservation may stay in the cottage (maximum 6 people per cottage).
Exceeding the number of guests without the Host's consent may result in an additional charge or termination of the agreement without refund.
Visitors of Guests may stay on the property only with the Host's consent and between 8:00 and 22:00.
6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 7:00.
Please respect the peace of other Guests and neighbours.
7. Pets
Stays with pets are only possible after prior arrangement with the Host.
The pet owner bears full responsibility for any damage caused by the animal.
Pets are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture.
8. No Smoking & Open Fire
Smoking tobacco and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the cottages.
Violation of this prohibition results in an additional charge of 500 PLN per incident.
Use of the barbecue grill is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
9. Guest Liability
The Guest bears full material liability for damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
Please report any defects or damages to the Host immediately.
The Host is not liable for valuables left in the cottage.
10. Final Provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
The Host reserves the right to amend these Terms — the current version is always available on the website.
